Outstanding service and excellent customer service
The 5000 arrived when they said it would. Watched the video along with the printed instructions and had them installed in several hours. Called customer service one time and they were quick to answer my question.
The instructions leave A LOT to be desired. The color of the instructions is in black and white which makes quite a few of the pictures hard to decipher. Thankfully, YouTube saved me time and frustration. I do wish the hardware was black and not bare metal. The end result is great and functionality is hard to argue with. SO much better rowing our 38’ camper!

Have you been able to take the camper out yet now that you have these new air bags on your truck?
Great Fit - Install was simple once figuring out the correct sides and orientation (instructions could be a bit clearer on this). Other than that, they are perfect for my needs!
This air bag kit was easy to install. Some of the instructions was a little vague to understand. I had it installed in 2 1/2 hrs. I would recommend this kit to anyone looking for a air bag kit.
Very pleased with the product come in on time install very easily going to get a set for the front made a world of difference in ride my truck bought them for the heavy load carry
actually for weight distribution on the back but haven't even hooked it up to my toy Hauler yet

Great product after a year and works like it did when I purchased it. Definitely purchase you’ll really improve your truck weight when pulling.
I like them, but I wish they would have put a tee in with the tubing. I set mine the same
Awesome addition to my truck. First picture shows how much the truck was squatted, the second is after installation and is now level. Ride and drive are so much better. I installed myself with no special tools. Took about 2 hours. Instructions and videos on web site were a big help! Thanks etrailer!

Fits perfect on my truck and was super simple to put on.
The install was easy. The instructions do not address the fact that you should not allow the axle to hang on the air bags when the vehicle is on a lift or jack stands. I included pictures of the chains I made to support the weight of the axle when on my lift. Also a pro tip is to smear a small amount of Teflon thread sealant on the tube to lubricate and help the tube to seal in the fitting, I included pictures of the sealant applied.
These air bags seem to really help for leveling my truck when towing my 5th wheel camper. I set mine up for use with a portable air compressor which works fine, but a compressor in the truck would have been a more convenient choice.
Kit has arrived on time as promised. The box has a hole in it but it looks to be complete. I will be in contact with you if I run into problems later. Thanks for the prompt delivery and good price.

Works great. Was fairly easy to install. After installing a level kit on my Ram the rear end sagged with 5 th wheel hooked up. No problem after air bags. Thanks!
Great product and easy installation
Nice product, very easy to install on my 2024 ram 2500. Worked well towing my 40 ft. 5th wheel camper with a bed weight of around 2,700 lbs.
Installation required the etrailer video, all went as planned in about 3 hours with many interruptions..

I really like the air spring addition to my truck. They were easy to install and I think they may even improve the ride when my truck is empty.

Airlift 5000 arrived on time and was not complicated to install, working good for me. Pulling a fifth wheel camper and it helped to tighten up my suspension and make it handle better.
